Dr. Nicole Scarberry
Dr. Nicole Scarberry grew up in Avon, Ohio. Her love for animals started young, spending hours volunteering at the local horse rescue and persuading her parents to let her foster shelter dogs. After high school, Dr. Scarberry attended the University of Findlay for her undergraduate degree in animal sciences. She then attended University of Missouri, where she earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine and a Masters degree in Veterinary Public Health. Following veterinary school, she completed a one year rotating internship in large animal medicine and surgery, also at MU. Dr. Scarberry truly has a love for all animals great and small, enjoying the variety of cases and species you see in veterinary practice. She is passionate about client education, public health and internal medicine in all species, but has a special place in her heart for neonatology.
During her spare time, Dr. Scarberry enjoys camping, hiking with her two dogs, Pumbaa and Marlin, and jumping around with her horse, Charm. She also has a passion for wildlife and conservation, where you can often find her volunteering on her days off.
